Originally an old homestead of several generations, our site is dedicated to making our guests feel at home. For long-term or short-term guests, The Old Homeplace is more than just an RV Park. It's a village where people care & look out for one another. It's what we call "home".

We have 65'x35' Pull through and Back-in RV Spaces. There is a small grass lawn with each site.

AMP Service at Each Site

We offer 20/30/50 AMP SVC at each site.

Free Water & Sewer

We want you to feel at home. That's why our water and sewer services are free for our guests.

Hi, Friends!

Charlotte and Scott Hobbs love the country life. Whether it is working in the yard, or walking their two dogs, you won't find a day where they aren't outside enjoying the beauty around them. A volunteer firefighter, Scott helps to ensure our forests are maintained and safe for you and your family to visit. Lovers of all things travel, they moved back to the beloved state of Texas in 2024 to be closer to their family.
